I love you little Yo-Yo, I love your eyes of blue
You're never mean and hateful, you're always good and true
I kiss your little dimples and love you tenderly
You're the one, the only one who'll climb a string for me

Yo-Yo, I know you're my little pet
You must have come from Heaven, 'cos you ain't stepped out yet
You twine around my finger, you're pretty as can be
And ev'rytime I throw you down, you come right back to me
