And the voice in the mirror
Whispers, "Come back to me!".

I may try to escape,
But as long as I live,
There's the voice in the mirror
Saying, "Darling, forgive!".

Though it's wrong to need you half so much,
When you can hurt me so,
There's this longing deep inside of me,
I just can't let you go!

Will I come back to love you,
Feel your warming caress?
ask the voice in the mirror,
And the answer is, "Yes!".
