It's the end of a wonderful day
And now it is time to part;
At the end of a wonderful day
I thank you with all my heart;

For you gave me such lovely memories
I'll keep in my heart always,
let's make it an anniversary
Three hundred and sixty five days!

Every day is a wonderful day since you gave your love to me,
And I know there are wonderful days to be!

I'll be counting the hours, my darling,
Till the time when you're here to stay,
So goodnight at the end of a wonderful day,
