BUBBLES
(Bob Merrill)
Frankie Laine
Bubbles, booble-ee-oo-do, bubbles booble-ee-oo-do
Why are my love affairs just bubbles
Whenever I fall, if I give her a call, there’s a busy line
With my kind of luck I not only get stuck but I lose my dime
They’re only troubles booble-ee-oo-do
Troubles booble-ee-oo-do
And when I care they’re mostly doubles
I get a hug and I know I should stop,
Then comes her kiss and I float to the top
High as the stars in the sky then it’s pop
Tumblein’, tumbelin’, tumblein’, tumb’lin’ down I go
It was a bubble, booble-ee-oo-do
Bubbles, booble-ee-oo-do
Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles every booble-ee-oo-be time.
I get a hug and I know I should stop,
Then comes her kiss and I float to the top
High as the stars in the sky then it’s pop
Tumblein’, tumbelin’, tumblein’, tumb’lin’ down I go
It was a bubble, booble-ee-oo-do
Bubbles, booble-ee-oo-do
Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles every booble-ee-oo-be time.
