I KNOW YOU'RE MINE
(Murrells / Murrells)
as recorded by Betty Driver
June 1954
When leaves start to fall in September
And mist fills the air in November,
When snowflakes come down in December,
I know you're mine!
Through March winds and soft April showers,
In spring when the sun brings the flowers,
Through all of the long summer hours,
I know you're mine!
It makes no difference what the time or season,
For I've no need to seek a rhyme or reason why!
A true love like ours lives for ever,
It's constant whatever the weather!
Put your heart and my heart together in rain or shine,
For you know I'm yours and I know you are mine,
For you know I'm yours and I know you are mine!
