The music for this song was written by Louis Alter in 1928. It was used as the
theme tune for the 1930-1945 radio comedy 'Easy Aces' as an instrumental, and
similarly for the film "My Man Godfrey" (1936). The lyric by Harold Adamson was
not added until 1942.
