What am I gonna do about the 'I love you' bit
He always gives me the 'I love you' bit
One of these days I'm gonna say cone on then prove it
LB: Prove what?
AC: The 'I love you' bit
LB: I love you

AC:
When'll he start arrivin' at the 'marry me' bit 
If he would give with a 'marry me' bit
Then I'll believe him when he says the 'I'll stay true' bit
LB: Oh that!
AC: And the 'I love you' bit

AC:
Because the 'I love you' bit's quite alright
But I've heard that before
But when the 'I love you' bit gets no further
It becomes a bore
LB: I love you

AC:
Sooner or later's gotta come the 'wedding ring' bit
The 'shoes and rice' bit
The 'ding-dong-ding' bit
Given the chance I'll answer with the 'yes I do' bit
LB: Do what?
AC: The 'I love you' bit

LB:

Why don't you say I love you, too

AC:
Because the 'I love you' bit's quite alright
But I've heard that before
